Part-Time Nanny / Family Helper Needed — Upper East Side We are looking for a joyful, energetic, highly responsible, and flexible part-time nanny/family helper to join our family on the Upper East Side, near 87th Street and York Avenue. We have four children: a 9-year-old girl, 6-year-old boy, 3-year-old girl, and a 6-month-old baby. We are seeking someone who genuinely loves children, is proactive and dependable, and can help with weekday after-school care. Weekday schedule * Monday–Friday, approximately 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with consistent weekly hours * Start ASAP, ideally Wednesday 9/9 or Monday 9/14 Responsibilities: * Pick up older children from school and walk or take transit home or to after-school activities * Homework help if needed (first grade) * Prepare simple dinners and healthy snacks for the children/family * Light household tidying as needed * Help keep afternoons and evenings organized, fun, and calm * Occasionally if needed, watch 6 month old baby and 3 year old daughter Ideal candidate: * Local college or graduate student preferred, though all qualified applicants are welcome * Warm, upbeat, organized, dependable, and comfortable caring for children of different ages, including an infant * Flexible with hours * Confident cooking simple family meals * Has verifiable, non-family childcare references * CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Please DM with a brief introduction, relevant childcare experience, weekly and weekend availability, references, and your hourly rate.
