About this nanny job

Hi! I’m looking for reliable childcare for my 3-year-old son in Laurel, MD. Right now, I mainly need help at least 2 days a week, most likely Monday and Friday, around 7:00am–1:00pm while I sleep after working overnight. Starting around February/March, my schedule may change and I will most likely need more childcare support, possibly overnight care about 4 nights a week. I’m hoping to find someone who could potentially become a long-term fit. A little about the position: One child, age 3 Care in my home is preferred Meals/snacks will be provided Must be reliable and comfortable with early mornings Must be okay with a background check References preferred CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Cameras are in common areas of the home for safety and peace of mind No driving required at first Open to discussing a fair hourly rate or flat rate My son is sweet, active, and playful once he gets comfortable. I’m looking for someone patient, trustworthy, dependable, and comfortable caring for a young child while I rest after work. I would like to meet first and do a short paid trial before committing to anything long-term.
