Start Date: January 2027 Schedule: 4 days/week, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Child: One baby girl, approximately 6 months old We are looking for a warm, loving, and dependable full-time nanny to join our family and care for our daughter as she grows through her first year and beyond. She is a sweet, happy baby, and we are hoping to find someone who genuinely loves children and takes pride in providing thoughtful, attentive care. We want this to be a long-term relationship with someone who becomes a trusted and valued part of our family. We also have a very friendly Golden Retriever, so comfort around dogs is important! About the Role The primary responsibility of this role is caring for our daughter and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for her throughout the day. As she grows, we are looking for someone who will be actively involved in her development and enjoys getting out of the house with her. Responsibilities will include: * Providing attentive, loving, and age-appropriate care throughout the day * Following her feeding and sleep schedule and helping maintain consistent routines * Preparing bottles and baby meals as she begins transitioning to solids * Engaging her in age-appropriate play, reading, music, and developmental activities * Taking her on walks * Supporting developmental milestones and encouraging curiosity and exploration * Keeping her nursery, play areas, bottles, and baby-related items clean and organized * Doing baby-related laundry as needed * Communicating with us throughout the day about her schedule, activities, and anything notable * Helping maintain a calm, predictable, and positive environment The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: * Warm, nurturing, and genuinely loves children * Experienced caring for infants, ideally with experience with babies around 6 months to 1 year * Patient, attentive, and highly dependable * Engaged and present rather than relying on screens or passive activities * Comfortable taking initiative and keeping a baby engaged throughout the day * Knowledgeable about infant development and age-appropriate activities * Comfortable following a family's routines and preferences while also bringing their own experience and ideas * A strong communicator who is comfortable keeping parents updated * CPR and First Aid certified * Comfortable around dogs
