About this nanny job

We are looking for help picking up the girls from school with our family car at 11:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and spending time with them until 5pm when dad is done with work. Dad works from home and is available for help but would prefer to "leave you to it." Ideally you pick up the kids, play with them a while, feed them lunch with the food we provide, and then put the 16 month down for a 1.5 hour nap. You can take the girls to the library, park, around the block, etc. The 16 month old still needs diapering. The almost-4-year-old is very happy to play with you. We don't do tablets or phone screens but they can watch TV sometimes, especially if the weather sucks or if you're busy putting the younger one down for a nap. We value communication because our prior nanny canceled on us same-day multiple times, leaving us in really bad positions at work.
