About this nanny job

We're two dads with two awesome kids — a 6-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son — looking for a warm, patient babysitter for weekday afternoons. Our kids love pool time at home, biking to Pan Pacific Park, story hour at the Fairfax library, and messy arts-and-crafts sessions on the patio. It's a fun, active gig — plenty of pool days and park runs, not a sit-on-the-couch job. Alongside the kid time, we do need some help keeping things running smoothly: snack prep, tidying their room, and staying on top of their laundry. Roughly a quarter to a third of the role is this kind of light household support — we'll walk you through our systems so it's easy to pick up. We're easygoing, low-drama, and just want someone who genuinely enjoys hanging out with kids. We're on a quiet, tree-lined street a few blocks from The Grove — easy walk to the park, library, and shops if you want to take the kids out during the day.
