We are looking for part-time care for our child who is starting a private school and has new hours. I need someone who is comfortable with receiving him from the school bus in the afternoon, and getting him settled at home until I get in from work. This job is pretty straightforward, the child is mainly self-sufficient, but does have autism and is 70% nonverbal. We are more than happy to do a trial run! We are looking for someone who has experience with special needs/children with autism to apply. Occasional request for the park or to go grab ice cream maybe asked/expected but will not be on a daily occurrence. Please; only providers who have experience with assisting disabled or special needs families.
