We’re looking for a warm, reliable, long-term nanny/family assistant to help with our two kids and support the household during the week and on weekends. Regular Schedule Monday–Friday: 3:00–8:00 PM Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM We also need someone who can occasionally work longer days when school is out, with advance notice. What the role includes School pickup / after-school care Dinner and evening routine with the kids Helping keep kids’ spaces organized Kids’ laundry Light household cleaning and tidying Dishes / kitchen cleanup General household support during downtime Helping prepare for school, activities, and travel We’re looking for someone who is proactive and comfortable being both a caregiver and a true family assistant — someone who sees what needs to be done and helps keep things running smoothly. Travel Must be comfortable traveling with our family occasionally. Pay Starting at $28/hour, with the opportunity to increase based on performance, reliability, and fit. For someone who becomes a strong long-term part of our family, we typically revisit compensation after approximately 5–6 months, with the potential to move toward $30/hour. We’re really looking for our person long term — someone dependable, flexible, kind, organized, and excited to become an important part of our family’s routine.
