About this nanny job

We are looking for a nanny that could love and care for our 2 year old daughter as much as their own. We are a bilingual family but my daughter doesn’t really speak yet. She loves Bluey, and dancing. She has a lot of energy but takes her 2-3 hour nap at the same time everyday. I am a full time military service member and need the attentive care for my little one from someone loving while I’m at work. I have flexible schedule, M-F most of the times but usually get home before 4pm. Not potty trained yet, we also don’t need much cleaning focused as a task but mainly focus on my little girl. I will meal prep so cooking is not needed either.
