About this nanny job

Im a mom who works from home but my job is very demanding so picking up my daughter from school while tending to my newborn is difficult. I have a 4 year old and an infant and will be available in the home but I need extra help and my children need someone to be with them while I work. I may need to occasionally extend the hours in the beginning of the months but my work days slow down towards the end. My children are well behaved and sweet and we treat everyone like family. We have cats and a dog. I need help with diapers, keeping my infant company and brought to me for feedings, my daughter needs to be picked up from school and brought home, given an already prepared meal and light picking up around the house as needed but nothing crazy. My 4 year old is pretty independent so managing both kids is not difficult. Finally we are on a rotating schedule so our need for help is dependent on the time my husband is working. He gets usually 2 days off during the week so the other 3 days is where we need the help.
