Just needing someone experienced with babies to come watch my 11 month old during the day while my other two are at school until 3:15 during the week days. She isn’t walking yet but she is close! We run a business and it can sometimes be me or my husband coming and going. Keeping the house clean is a must. I understand it gets messy during the day but before I relieve you I expect it to be picked up! The more picked up it is a nice tip will always be included. Our daughter is a bit of a spoiled baby and loves the attention, must be good with handling crying and able to soothe her! Will not hire someone who wants to being their own children, need the caregivers attention solely on ours! We will include food anything that is at our home is free for you to eat and sometimes we may DoorDash for you! We have to have full transparency and are pretty lenient on show up times and such. We are located in Webb city. If you can stay longer and can watch the boys as they get off the bus double the rate will be paid it would never be for more than an hour or two and it would never be expected it would always be discussed prior! We look forward to finding the best sitter!
