We are a three generation family in La Crescenta looking for a warm, dependable local person to become a regular part of our after school routine with our 11 year old sixth grade girl. School ends at 2:40, but she can stay in aftercare until 5:00, which gives us considerable flexibility with pickup times. We anticipate needing help approximately 3 to 5 days per week, with flexibility in both days and hours. The times listed are our possible coverage window rather than required hours, and we would be happy to work around the right person's schedule. We are looking for someone to pick her up from school, drive her to dance and other activities, spend time with her after school, and help with homework as needed. Someone who can also provide some tutoring would be especially welcome. Most importantly, we hope to find someone kind, engaging and reliable who enjoys this age group and would like to develop an ongoing relationship with our family. A safe driver with a reliable car, good driving record and current insurance is essential. Pay is $22 to $27/hour depending on experience, qualifications and responsibilities.Nanny job details
