House Manager — Full time, live out, Soho Family of five in Soho, three boys aged 5, 3 and 1. We're looking for the person who runs the house. Five days a week, live out. You'd own the whole home: cleaning and laundry, the kitchen, vendors, repairs, deliveries, errands, and the systems that keep all of it from falling to us. Cooking is a real part of the job. Family dinners most weeknights, kosher style, a mix of Israeli and Mediterranean and simple food the boys will actually eat. A driver's licence matters. Some school runs and errands come with the role, and we're buying a car. English required, Hebrew or another language a plus. Paid on the books. Two to three paid trial days before we commit. We're looking for someone who stays with us for years. Nanny — Afternoons and weekends, travels with us Family of five in Soho, three boys aged 5, 3 and 1. You'd work alongside Rose, our full-time nanny, covering afternoons and weekends. Roughly: Tuesday to Friday from the 3pm school pickup through bedtime, Monday off, and full weekends from Friday afternoon to Monday morning. Pickup from school on the Upper West Side. Travel is part of the job. We spend around six to eight weeks a year in Israel and four weeks in France each summer, and the nanny comes with us. A valid passport and the flexibility to travel are requirements. We want someone bright and genuinely interested in the boys, who brings ideas rather than waiting for instructions. English required, Hebrew a plus. Paid on the books, with a two to three day paid trial. Tell me what to cut or sharpen, and I'll tighten the schedule line once the after-school activities are locked.
