About this nanny job

Looking for a part-time caregiver for my 8-year-old son. My 12-year-old daughter is in the package but will require significantly less care. I'm looking for someone patient, warm, playful, dependable, and comfortable with neurodivergent children. My son does best when trust is built gradually. At first, the job will mostly involve hanging out with the kids at home, supervising them, preparing simple meals/snacks, do kids related laundry and clean up and creating low-pressure opportunities to play or engage. My son needs frequent reminders to use the bathroom and needs help cleaning himself after a bowel movement. The best fit is someone who does not take initial resistance personally, respects a child's need to build trust, and can gradually help my son become more independent and comfortable with activities outside the home.
