My wife had our little girl in January 2026 and we have been the sole caregivers for her through 8 months. Unfortuntely, with two small dogs and my wife's cronic pain I have been working from home almost every day to help out which has taken a toll on us. While my wife is stay-at-home, mornings are the toughest for her so additional help would go a long way. Ideally we would have a babysitter come in the morning for about three hours two days a week but those two days would be flexible as those would be the days I go into the office and it may occasionally shift what days I should be in the office. We would mostly just be asking a babysitter to focus on our baby during that time with tummy time, working on motor skills, and getting her to eat solid foods.Nanny job details
