Household help job Needed in San Francisco, CA

We are a busy household looking for a kind, positive and reliable person to help our family and household run smoothly. Our Part Time Family Assistant will help drive our kids from school and to activities in SF, assist with simple meal prep, load/unload the dishwasher, fold and put away kids laundry, put on clean sheets for kids, run errands (packages, dry-cleaning, random grocery items, Target runs), and occasionally stay late to cover date nights/work events. We have a weekly housekeeper but need help keeping things tidy during the week. We are looking for an experienced person who has worked as a Family Assistant, nanny or au pair before, loves kids but also finds joy in supporting busy families and keeping things calm and organized. The best Family Assistant is very punctual, detail oriented, reliable, and self-directed / happy to see what needs to be done and help without being asked. Both parents work and our kiddos are 11 and 13, They are very kind and polite boys and are pretty self reliant, but still need support getting to and from sports practice and social events. We appreciate someone who is calm and happy and can go with the flow. Things will change a bit from week to week but it's a minimum of 15 a week (usually 2:30 - 5:30 or 3 - 6pm, Monday through Friday). Weekend work is not required. If you can be flexible with us, we can be flexible with you! We have LOVED our last two Family Assistants and both were with us for 2-3 years before moving on to Full Time jobs as Executive Assistants or House Managers. Both are available as references for us. :) You must live in the City, have your own car that you’re willing to use with the kids, and valid drivers license/insurance/registration. Starts week of October 5.
