About this nanny job

We're looking for a warm, experienced nanny to help care for our son Jack, who just turned 4 months old. He's a happy little guy, and more than anything we want someone who genuinely lights up around babies. The role is full-time, about 8 hours a day Monday through Friday, at our home on Balboa Island. My wife works from home and will be around most of the time and handling breastfeeding, so this is a collaborative setup rather than a solo one. And Balboa Island is made for stroller walks, so there will be plenty of chances to get Jack out and enjoy the neighborhood. We'd love someone with real infant experience who's comfortable with naps, bottles, tummy time, and the occasional fussy afternoon. CPR or first aid certification and any early childhood background are a plus, but we're not rigid about credentials.
