About this nanny job

Looking for a reliable part time nanny for my 9 year old daughter. I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse. Coverage is needed on my scheduled work days. On school days, coverage would be needed from 6am-7:45am to drop her off at school, and then school pick up at 2pm until about 8pm when I get home from work. Occasional longer 13-14 hour weekend shifts (about once every 2 months on Saturday and Sunday). Responsibilities would include: - Transportation to gymnastics and piano lessons. She has gymnastics practice 3x week and piano lessons once a week. Gymnastics practice is 3 1/2 hours. Can drop her off and would be a good time to work on school work? Would be a good position for a student! - Helping with homework and keeping her on track in her afternoon and evening routines. - Preparing snacks and dinner as needed. She is an active, funny and creative 9 year old. I'm hoping to find someone who can provide flexible structure for her and maintain reasonable boundaries rather than only supervising screen time. Because transportation is an important part of the job, you must have a reliable vehicle, a valid drivers license, a safe driving record. Mileage for driving during shift will be reimbursed.
