About this nanny job

I am looking for someone to assist our family on Thursday afternoons from 2:30pm-5:30pm (or maybe 6:30). This would be a mixed role of child care and house hold services. School pick up = meeting the bus at the end of the cul-de-sac on the other side of the road. This person would meet our daughter, Maria (2nd grader) each day (about 2:50pm) and help make sure she is staying on track i.e homework, snack, getting stuff ready for the next day but also helping around the house a bit and helping us keep organized. Somethings may include laundry, starting dinner, unloading a dishwasher, and ultimately just helping us keep things moving along so we can stay on top life in general. I’d like to hope this person would be a consistent presence on Thursdays throughout the remainder of the school year. Some background on us 😊 it’s my husband Mike, two kids (Maria & Mick) and myself. We have two dogs, a golden retriever and a little white mix. I wont ask that you have to care for them unless comfortable! I am working in office 4 days a week with General Mills in the HR world and my husband works at the airport as an electrician. He gets home about 330/345 each day where I haven't been getting home until about 5 or 530 some days. Mike would then need to pick up Mick from daycare/ preschool in Hanover.
