About this nanny job

Looking for a reliable sitter for my 3-year-old son for occasional after-school care and future date nights. I’d like to start with a paid 2–3 hour afternoon trial while I’m home or nearby, then gradually move into independent care if it’s a good fit. I’m specifically hoping to find someone we can use consistently rather than a different sitter each time. My son is autistic and uses speech, signs/gestures, and AAC. Experience with autistic children is preferred, but I’m primarily looking for someone patient, attentive, comfortable following his routines, and willing to learn how he communicates.
