About this nanny job
Looking for a reliable sitter for my 3-year-old son for occasional after-school care and future date nights. I’d like to start with a paid 2–3 hour afternoon trial while I’m home or nearby, then gradually move into independent care if it’s a good fit. I’m specifically hoping to find someone we can use consistently rather than a different sitter each time. My son is autistic and uses speech, signs/gestures, and AAC. Experience with autistic children is preferred, but I’m primarily looking for someone patient, attentive, comfortable following his routines, and willing to learn how he communicates. Please answer both screening questions when you apply. Applications that do not answer the screening questions will not be considered.
