**Full-Time Weekday Nanny for 1- and 4-Year-Old — Davis** We’re a friendly family in the Willett Elementary area of Davis looking for a warm, dependable nanny for our two children: Everett, 14 months, and Eloise, 4. The position primarily involves caring for Everett during the day. Eloise attends afternoon TK and will need care some days before and after school. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with children and can provide a calm, patient presence, especially when navigating preschool emotions and transitions. **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9am-4pm **Start date:** Flexible and soon **Pay:** $25/hour, depending on experience **Position:** Long-term, with guaranteed weekly hours Responsibilities include: * Providing attentive, hands-on care * Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children * Following Everett’s nap and daily routines * Planning age-appropriate activities such as reading, art, outdoor play, walks and trips to nearby parks * Helping Eloise get ready for school and caring for her afterward * Tidying the children’s toys and dishes * Communicating openly with us about the children’s days Our ideal nanny is nurturing, reliable, proactive and comfortable setting kind, consistent boundaries. Experience with both toddlers and preschoolers is important. Safe driving record and recent childcare references are preferred.
