Do you have 5+ years of childcare experience, calm hands with a newborn, and the energy to keep up with an almost-2-year-old who loves a dance party? You might be exactly who we're looking for! The Schedule 📅 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday · 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM 🗓️ Starting September/October 2026 💵 [$26/hr for 2 children] Meet the Crew 👶 Little Brother (3 months): Our sweet, formula-fed baby is growing out of the newborn stage but still needs bottles every 2–3 hours, burping, diaper changes, and a good swaddle for sleep. Experience with young infants is a must. 🧒 Big Brother (turning 2 in October): Chatty, expressive, and full of joy. He loves songs, dancing, books, and people. Miss Rachel is his favorite, but he'll happily rave to Fred Again too. He's learning sign language and some Arabic, and potty training is coming soon, so patience and lots of cheering are essential! Why Mornings Matter We, the grownups, work from home. Our mornings are full of meetings and video calls. We need someone who can keep the boys busy, engaged, and calm with quiet play, stories, and gentle routines, so home stays happy and our calls stay peaceful. What You'll Do ✨ Juggle two very different stages with confidence: bottles and swaddles for one, songs and learning for the other ✨ Plan activities that support each boy's growth ✨ Manage shared nap times (for now!) ✨ Keep the kids clean and tidy up play spaces 🚫 No driving · 🚫 No cooking You're a Great Fit If You Have 5+ years of childcare experience, including newborn and toddler care Can multitask without feeling overwhelmed Bring warmth, creativity, and steady patience Are a college student looking for a meaningful, reliable part-time role (we live closeby all major DC campuses +GMU!)
