Nanny needed for our month old daughter. Nanny must be trustworthy, love the newborn stage, and understand all the newborn cues of feeding, burping, sleeping, diaper changing. Our daughter struggles with a bit of reflux so knowing all the things to prop her up right, make her comfortable etc. is something we value a lot as well.
