Hi! I’m a mom looking to connect with a reliable, trustworthy sitter for my young son as I prepare for a possible change in my work schedule. My schedule is not finalized yet, but I’m considering positions that may involve 12-hour shifts about 3–4 days per week. Depending on the schedule, I may need help with daycare pickup and caring for him during the evening until I get home. Right now, I’m mainly looking to meet someone dependable, patient, caring, and comfortable with a young child so that I can have childcare in place when my work schedule is confirmed.
