About this nanny job

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and responsible nanny to help care for our two girls. Although we have two children, most of the time the nanny will primarily be caring for our youngest, since our older daughter attends school and will only be home for a couple of hours after school. Both girls are very independent for their ages, so we are looking for someone who is attentive and supportive while also encouraging their independence. It is especially important to us to find someone who is patient, trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children. We would love to find someone who can build a strong, trusting bond with our youngest and become someone she feels comfortable and safe with. We also have cats, so being comfortable around animals and enjoying pets is important. More than simply finding someone to supervise the girls, we hope to find someone dependable who can become a trusted and positive presence in their routine and in our family.
