We are seeking an experienced overnight nanny or sleep conditioning specialist to help our healthy 15-month-old daughter transition to sleeping through the night independently. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience guiding older infants/toddlers through nighttime weaning and independent sleep onset. Key Responsibilities: Sleep Training Execution: Partner with us to align on a gentle, consistent sleep method and implement overnight responses to night wakings. Overnight Monitoring: Monitor our daughter via a video monitor from an adjacent guest room and manage any interventions calmly and consistently to build self-soothing habits. First-Hour Light Chores (10:00 PM – 11:00 PM): Perform some end-of-day housework tasks (washing/sanitizing baby items, tidying toddler play areas, doing dishes from dinner, loading the dishwasher, wiping down kitchen surfaces). Chores will be strictly contained to this first hour so the rest of the night remains focused on sleep management and resting between interventions. Morning Debrief: Provide a quick daily recap (log of wakeups, soothing times, and observations) before shift end at 7:00 AM. Accommodations: A private, quiet guest room with a comfortable bed is available adjacent to the nursery for monitoring and resting between any necessary interventions. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Demonstrable experience in toddler/older infant sleep conditioning (Newborn Care Specialist, certified sleep consultant, or experienced night nanny background preferred). Patient, calm, and communicative approach. CPR/First Aid certified, non-smoker, up-to-date on routine vaccinations.Nanny job details
