About this nanny job

We’re looking for a reliable, responsible, and caring nanny/family assistant to help support our family’s weekly routine. The primary responsibility will be helping with school drop-offs and pick-ups, along with transportation to occasional activities or appointments as needed. Because driving is an important part of the role, we’re looking for someone with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. In addition to transportation, we’d appreciate help with light household tasks during available time, such as tidying common areas, light laundry, dishes, organizing, and helping keep the home running smoothly. This is not a deep-cleaning or full housekeeping position. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, organized, comfortable managing a family schedule, and great with kids. Reliability and communication are especially important to us since school transportation will be a consistent responsibility. Ideally, we’d like to find someone interested in becoming a trusted, long-term part of our family’s routine. Responsibilities include: • School drop-offs and pick-ups • Transportation to activities as needed • Helping children stay on schedule • Light laundry and dishes • Tidying and organizing common areas • Occasional simple household errands • Communicating schedule updates with parents Ideal candidate: • Dependable and punctual • Safe, responsible driver • Clean driving record • Reliable vehicle and current insurance • Comfortable transporting children • Organized and proactive • Strong communicator • Prior nanny, childcare, or family-assistant experience preferred
