I am looking for childcare so that I can work my second job. The days and hours may vary depending on my work schedule, but care will generally be needed sometime between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Flexibility with scheduling is important. The caregiver must have reliable transportation and be dependable and punctual for scheduled care. A caregiver for Sariyah and Zyaire should be patient, understanding, nurturing, dependable, and energetic. They should be comfortable caring for a child with ADHD and able to provide structure, clear directions, positive redirection, and help with emotional regulation when needed. Since Zyaire is very active, the caregiver should enjoy keeping him engaged with hands-on and physical activities. They should also be able to connect with Sariyah through her interests while giving her individual attention and personal space. The caregiver should be calm, communicative, and able to handle sibling disagreements fairly while making sure both children feel heard and supported.
