We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic full-time nanny to care for our 3-year-old son on the Upper East Side. Start Date * December 2026 * Long-term position Schedule * Monday–Wednesday: 7:30 AM–7:30 PM * Thursday–Friday: 7:30 AM–3:30 PM * 52 hours/week Typical Routine * Morning routine, breakfast, and getting ready for school * School: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM * School drop-off and pick-up * Nap: approximately 1:00–3:00 PM * After-school classes/activities: Monday–Thursday, approximately 3:00–6:00 PM * Dinner and evening routine Monday–Wednesday Responsibilities * Morning routine and school drop-off/pick-up * Transportation to classes and activities * Provide full-time care during regular working hours when school is closed or when he is home sick, including responding to school sick calls * Prepare his meals and snacks, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner as needed * Pack school meals/snacks as needed * Play, read, and engage him in age-appropriate activities * Outdoor time, playgrounds, classes, and neighborhood activities * Bath and bedtime routine Monday–Wednesday * Child’s laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away * Clean up after his meals and wash his dishes/lunch containers * Keep his bedroom, play areas, toys, books, and belongings clean and organized * Keep school and activity supplies organized and ready What We’re Looking For Someone who is dependable, caring, proactive, and genuinely enjoys spending time with young children. We’re looking for someone comfortable caring for a sick child and interested in becoming a trusted, long-term part of our family.
