Family needs a part time caretaker starting Tuesday, Sep 29 in Bed-Sty

About this nanny job

We’re looking for a warm, engaged and reliable part-time nanny for our 12-month-old daughter, Luna, for approximately 18 hours per week. Luna is a happy, social little girl who loves music, songs, books and being outside. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with toddlers.. lots of talking, reading, singing, playing on the floor and helping encourage her learning. We live just a couple of blocks from a playground and library and would love for her days to include plenty of outside time, walks and local outings. We’re also open to occasional activities/classes. Her routine is fairly flexible, 2 naps a day. We’ll generally have some food prepped for Luna, with some simple lunch/snack preparation as needed (or as you like!) During naps, we'd just ask for light Luna-related tidying and food prep where possible. No general house cleaning is expected, and downtime is absolutely fine once those things are done. We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of infant/toddler experience who is nurturing, attentive and very hands-on and engaged. Schedule: Tuesday: 10:30am–5pm Thursday: 10:30am–5pm Friday: 10:30am–3:30pm 18 guaranteed hours per week
