After-School Household Helper in 78745 --- *More Home Help Than Childcare!* Tues-Thurs 3-6:30pm $22-26/hr DOE Full-custody mom looking for a warm, dependable household helper to join our family through May 2027. This is more of a household support role than a childcare job. My three elementary-age boys are independent and mostly need an adult presence to keep them on task, getting along, and following their normal after-school routine. Each afternoon includes: • 1 laundry task • 1 light cleaning task (rotating) • 1 cooking task (simple dinner prep) • Being present with the boys, helping with homework/routines and keeping the peace I'm looking for someone who takes initiative, knows how to run a home, can multitask, communicates well, and does not need to be micromanaged. I want someone who notices what needs to be done and just handles it. Most importantly, you should bring a warm, positive energy to our home and enjoy becoming a trusted part of our family's routine. Paid weeks off for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break. School-year position through May 2027. Must provide references. Must be punctual, reliable, and treat this like an actual job.
