Nanny Needed for 5-Year-Old 💙 We are looking for a caring, patient, and trustworthy nanny for our 5-year-old verbal autistic son. 📅 Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday ⏰ Start time: 12:00 PM (school pickup) 🕐 Hours: Minimum 15 hours/week, maximum 20 hours/week Responsibilities include: • Picking him up from school at 12 PM • Providing attentive, active supervision after school • Helping redirect him when needed and supporting him with staying regulated • Following his sensory needs and giving him appropriate breaks/support • Engaging him in age-appropriate activities and play • Creating a calm, positive, and supportive environment What we're looking for: ❤️ Patient, dependable, and trustworthy 🚗 Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license 🧩 Comfortable working with an autistic child and willing to learn his individual needs 💙 Someone who understands that regulation and redirection are more important than punishment or simply expecting him to "calm down" We will provide a booster seat for transportation, and you will have access to all of his sensory tools and resources to help him stay comfortable and regulated. We are looking for someone who will genuinely enjoy spending time with him and become a trusted part of his support system.
