About this nanny job
We're looking for a warm, reliable nanny to care for our 4-year-old son on a part-time basis. The role centers around a consistent morning routine — getting him fed, dressed, and ready for the day — followed by drop-off at his preschool, which is conveniently located just around the corner from our home. Depending on the schedule, the role may also include afternoon pick-up and care until a parent returns. Beyond the school routine, we're looking for someone who can provide engaged, nurturing care: age-appropriate play and activities, light educational support, meal and snack prep, and general supervision in a safe, tidy environment. The ideal candidate has prior childcare experience with solid references, is CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified), has reliable transportation, and is open to a background check. We're looking for someone patient, energetic, and comfortable managing the rhythm and needs of a preschool-aged child. Schedule and compensation are flexible and can be discussed based on the candidate's availability.
