About this nanny job
Morning Helper Needed – North Auburn We’re looking for an extra set of hands in the mornings to help with our busy 16-month-old while my husband and I both work from home. This is more of a morning helper role than a traditional nanny position. Since we’ll both be home and available, there is no meal preparation, cleaning, or nap-time responsibility. We’re primarily looking for someone to hang out with our toddler, play with him, and keep him busy while we work and I handle school drop-off for our older child. The schedule may vary slightly as I settle into my new work schedule, but we anticipate needing help Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings from approximately 7:00–11:00 a.m. in our home in North Auburn. The exact weekly schedule will be worked out over the next month based on my work needs. Because this is a helper position with both parents home and fewer responsibilities than a traditional nanny role, we’re looking to pay approximately $18–$20/hour. We’re open to someone with less childcare experience who is responsible, dependable, comfortable with toddlers, and looking to gain more babysitting experience.
