About this nanny job
I’m looking for a dependable, caring sitter/nanny for my 6-year-old daughter, who will be attending Veramendi Elementary. Our primary need is school pickup and after-school care until I get home from work. We are new to the New Braunfels area and will still be settling into our routine, so the schedule may vary slightly at first. Care would be at our home, which is very close to her school. Responsibilities would mainly include school pickup, getting her a snack, helping with homework or reading when needed, and hanging out with her until I get home. I’m not looking for housekeeping or anything extensive — just someone who will genuinely engage with her and keep her safe and happy. Reliable transportation and a good driving record are important since school pickup is required. I’d also love someone who communicates well, is dependable, patient, and comfortable becoming a consistent person in her routine. Occasional Saturday availability would be a bonus, but isn’t necessarily required.
