Hi! I’m looking for some help with my daughter, Lily. She is almost 2 years old and is a sweet, energetic, and curious little girl. I’m looking for someone warm, patient, dependable, and genuinely comfortable caring for a toddler. I’m hoping to find someone who can become a consistent part of our routine rather than having different babysitters all the time. The help would mainly be at our home, helping with Lily’s daily routine, playing with her, preparing simple meals/snacks, keeping her entertained, and helping with her nap/bedtime routine when needed. We are a warm, welcoming family, and it’s just me, my husband, and Lily. I’m looking for someone trustworthy who will treat Lily with kindness and care and who is interested in something long-term. Our schedule is generally around 11 AM–7 PM, but I’m happy to discuss availability and see if it could be a good fit for both of us. I’d love to hear a little about you, your experience with toddlers, and what type of childcare arrangement you’re looking for. ❤️
