Part Time nanny position available starting Wednesday, Sep 30 in San Francisco State University

About this nanny job

We're looking for a caring person to help with our twins in our apartment roughly 9am-4pm, Monday-Thursday, but we can be very flexible about days and hours. For example, if you're a student who needs to leave for a class and come back or can't start at 9/stay til 4, that's fine. However, if you're looking to have a guaranteed number of hours, we can also do at that. My wife and I both mostly work from home but could really use someone to focus on the kids while we take meetings, etc. At least one parent will be available to answer questions or help out most of the time. Most of the job is playing with them in their bedroom, but you might also take them for walks in the neighborhood. Our daughter is very sweet and is starting to talk, so she loves to be read to or have her stuffed animals talk to her. Our son is higher energy and is all about walking, spinning, playing with cars, and loves anything that lights up and plays sounds. They both love interactive songs like Itsy Bitsy Spider. They get along well and are largely past the fighting over toys stage. They are a little shy at first, so we'll try to ease you in by playing with their favorite toys with you. They're both still in diapers, but we're happy to help with those. They'll need to be fed breakfast and lunch, but we can do the prep and clean up. They nap for 1.5-2 hours every day, during which time you can take advantage of our proximity to restaurants, the stonestown galleria, and tons of green spaces.
