About this nanny job
We're looking for a warm, reliable, proactive part-time nanny starting in January for our newborn and 2. 5-year-old (in school full-time), 20 hrs/week. Core schedule: Tu/W/Th 7:30-9:30 a.m. + 5:30-8pm, plus one flexible 3-hour daytime block and one 3-hour date-night block/week. Mornings/daytime are primarily newborn care. Evenings are flexible support with baby + toddler during dinner/bath/bedtime and light child-related tasks. Date nights are caring for both children, generally after bedtime. We're looking for someone comfortable with newborns and toddlers who takes initiative and is genuinely comfortable with a split schedule. We'd ideally love to find someone who wants to grow with our family long-term, with potential for the role to expand to full-time over the next year.
