We are seeking a warm, dependable, and experienced professional nanny to become a valued extension of our family and parenting style. Our children are ages 3, 5, and 7, and they are bright, kind, curious, and full of energy. They love learning, playing, and exploring the world around them. Our children enjoy piano and music, tennis, swimming, karate, and soccer reading and educational projects. board games and family activities. Building with LEGO creative play and outdoor adventures! We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and can create a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for them. Safety, kindness, patience, and good judgment are especially important to our family. This role is not about replacing or redefining our parenting. We are looking for someone who will work in partnership with us—an extension of our parenting and family values. The ideal candidate will be professional, engaged, organized, and confident caring for multiple children while supporting their individual personalities, interests, and development. Responsibilities may include providing attentive, hands-on care for all three children planning age-appropriate activities, games, outings, and learning projects. Supporting homework, reading, and practice routines. Supervising sports, swimming, play, and other activities encouraging respectful behavior, independence, and cooperation helping maintain a predictable and positive daily routine preparing simple meals and snacks for the children keeping children’s play and activity areas organized. Communicating openly and respectfully with the parents The ideal candidate will have: Professional nanny or childcare experience Experience caring for multiple children strong safety awareness and sound judgment A calm, kind, and patient approach excellent communication and reliability comfort supporting active children with varied interests Current CPR and first-aid certification, or willingness to obtain it a plus.
