About this nanny job
We’re a busy family with three young children looking for a warm, reliable, and proactive House Manager / Family Assistant to help keep our weekdays running smoothly 3 days per week. This role combines childcare, school/activity transportation, and light household management. Morning: Days may start as early as 6:30 AM, helping get the kids dressed, fed, and ready for school. Our first drop-off is around 7:30 AM, with drop-offs typically finished by 8:00–8:15 AM. After drop-off, you’ll return to our home to help reset and prepare for the next day. Responsibilities may include: * Preparing lunches/snacks for the following day * Tidying breakfast and resetting the kitchen * Gathering and organizing laundry for our laundry service * Putting away grocery/Costco deliveries * Organizing backpacks, activity gear, and kids’ belongings * Light household tidying and organization This is not a housekeeping/deep-cleaning position. We’re looking for someone who naturally notices what needs to be done and can help keep a busy household organized. Afternoon: Pickup begins at 1:45 PM. You’ll pick up our eldest and take the kids to their scheduled activities. A few days a week, our two older girls attend the same activities, so you’ll supervise them while spending time with our youngest. After activities, you’ll bring everyone home and help with dinner and the transition into the evening. Your day will typically end around 6:00 PM, when Mom and Dad take over for bath and bedtime. You’ll most likely drive our family car unless you have a vehicle large enough to safely accommodate all three children and their car seats/boosters. A clean driving record is required. We also have dogs, so you must be comfortable around pets. We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, communicative, confident with three young children, and interested in becoming a consistent, trusted part of our family’s routine. We’d ideally love to find someone looking for a longer-term position.
