❤️ In-Home Nanny Needed for Sweet, Active 3-Year-Old We’re looking for a reliable, patient, caring nanny to provide in-home care for our sweet 3-year-old daughter, Leah. Leah is a happy, affectionate, and active little girl who loves to play, explore, learn, and engage with people. She especially enjoys arts and crafts, coloring, books, music, dancing, imaginative play, and other hands-on activities. We’re looking for someone who will keep her engaged and entertained without relying heavily on screens. We’re intentionally working on reducing screen time and would love a caregiver who enjoys creating fun, age-appropriate activities throughout the day. What we’d like the nanny to help with: * Supervise and care for Leah in our home * Play and interact with her throughout the day * Arts & crafts, coloring, drawing and other creative activities * Reading books and educational activities * Indoor/outdoor play when appropriate * Help establish a consistent nap/rest routine * Prepare simple snacks/meals for Leah * Help with basic cleanup related to Leah (toys, crafts, dishes, etc.) * Encourage good manners, sharing, communication and independence * Keep her safe, comfortable and engaged * Limit unnecessary TV/tablet/phone time One parent may be working from home, while the other may be out working during the day, so we’re looking for someone who can comfortably work independently while remaining communicative with the parents. Bilingual caregivers are a plus, especially someone who can speak English and Spanish or Haitian Creole, but it is not required. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children, is dependable, nurturing and understands that a 3-year-old needs patience, attention, structure and plenty of positive interaction. Leah is a sweet baby, and we’re looking for someone who will treat her with the same care, patience and attention that we do. ❤️
