Part Time nanny needed starting ASAP (flexible)

I am a Care Coach with Cariloop, an approved UrbanSitter partner, looking to fulfill a part-time Senior Care job for a family on UrbanSitter with the following need: "We are looking for a kind, reliable, and engaging companion to provide support for our mother/mother-in-law. She is independent with her personal care, including bathing, dressing, eating, and using the restroom, and does not require hands-on personal care. We are hoping to find someone who is patient, dependable, caring, and genuinely enjoys spending time with older adults. Most importantly, we would like someone who can build a comfortable and trusting relationship with her while helping her stay engaged and supported in her everyday routine. Duties and responsibilities may include providing companionship and conversation, grocery shopping and running errands, cooking and meal preparation, helping with light everyday household tasks, and accompanying her on outings or appointments as needed. The caregiver must be able to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese so that she can comfortably communicate and connect with them. A valid driver's license is also required, and the caregiver should be comfortable assisting with transportation for errands, appointments, and outings as needed. Her vehicle may be available for the caregiver to drive. Previous companion care or experience supporting older adults is preferred, and professional references are requested.
