We're a fun-loving San Francisco family with three boys, ages almost 6 years, 4 years, and 9 months, plus our dog. We're looking for a live-in rotational nanny to join our team. Schedule: Live-in, 7 days on / 7 days off. Starts immediately. You'll swap weeks with our other rotational nanny, so you'll work closely with her on handoffs and keeping routines the same from week to week. During your week on, you'll be the lead caregiver and run the day-to-day flow and routines. A second nanny helps on weekday afternoons and evenings. Sometimes you'll travel with us, so you need to be flexible and open to working away from home. Our boys are very active and love sports. The older two are in school on week days and always want to be outside, running, kicking a ball, or heading to the park. Our youngest is crawling and getting into everything. Responsibilities include: -- Leading daily routines for all three boys, including infant care for our youngest -- Driving the boys to and from school, practices, and activities -- Active play: sports, parks, playgrounds, outdoor adventures, and imaginative play at home -- Planning enriching outings around the city, like museums, the zoo, and the beach -- Preparing the children's meals and snacks -- Light tidying: the boys' laundry and sheets, cleanup after meals, and keeping play areas organized (we have a full-time housekeeper) -- Keeping the household stocked and running errands: grocery runs, household supplies, dry cleaning, and mailing packages -- Caring for our dog, including feeding and walks -- Coming along on occasional family trips We're looking for someone high-energy, upbeat, and a true team player who loves sports and active play. Requirements: Childcare experience, including with infants. Valid driver's license. Up-to-date vaccinations. Willing to travel. Compensation: Highly competitive annual salary, paid on the books through our household payroll (W-2).
