Mother’s Helper & Babysitter 🌟 We’re a warm, organized, multicultural family in Otay Ranch looking for a caring, dependable mother’s helper and occasional babysitter! Our children are 2 and 3, with our oldest turning 4 in November. 📅 Schedule • Weekly help 1 day per week for a few hours, primarily in the evening starting around 4:30 p.m. • Occasional date nights and weekend babysitting, with weekend care typically starting around 2:30 p.m. • Looking to start next week! 🏡 The role Weekly help includes laundry, organizing the children’s rooms and play areas, simple meal prep, and light housekeeping. Occasional babysitting involves caring for both children, keeping them engaged, and following their routines. 💛 Who we’re looking for Someone who truly enjoys being around children and brings warmth, patience, and a playful spirit. We value a gentle, respectful approach and someone who can stay calm and supportive through toddler emotions. Reliability and punctuality are essential. We’re hoping to build a trusting relationship with someone who consistently follows through on agreed hours.
