About this nanny job
Hi! I'm a mom of three kids (12, 12, and 10) in Battery Park City, looking for a dependable, hardworking family assistant to be my extra pair of hands. Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays every week, plus every other Friday, 4-7pm — with additional hours as availability allows (errands, projects, extra kid coverage). What you'd help with (varies day to day): after-school pickup and routines, homework help, dinner prep and clean-up, errands (groceries, returns, post office, pharmacy), light tidying and organizing, kids' laundry, whatever else the day throws at us — flexibility is key. About you: flexible, proactive, strong work ethic — happy to pitch in wherever needed; experience with school-age kids; reliable and a good communicator. The kids are 10-12 and pretty independent, so this is more mother's-helper style than full-on nannying — perfect for someone who likes variety and keeping a household running smoothly.
