About this nanny job
Looking to fulfill 3 sets of needs with 1 or more caregivers. (1) Care of 3 yo, 18 mo, and 4 mo every Mon and Wed from ~8a-1p, (2) Driving kids to school/daycare in Warrenton (11, 10, 8, 4) every other week, and (3) Picking kids (11, 10, 8, 4) up from school and watching until ~6:30p every other week. We have a dedicated kid areas in basement (older kids) and toy room (younger kids) that should make care easier. We’ve had one person manage all 7 before and it does work because the 11, 10, and 8 year old most take care of themselves and/or help with siblings. We have two adult family members in the house most of thr time as well that will provide assistance as needed. Especially if we find two caregivers for weeks with all 7 kids, I am open to the caregiver having their own child present as well.
