Hi! We're looking for a mother's helper to join our family 1–2 Sundays a month for 3–4 hours at a time. Tentative schedule is every other Sunday, 8:30am–12:00pm (we have some flexibility on timing). About us: We live in Russian Hill, San Francisco with our baby girl, Margot (14 months old), and our friendly Australian shepherd. One of the parents will likely be home for about half of each shift — the other half you'd be with Margot on your own. The role: - Spend time with Margot — playing, walks, bottles, keeping her happy and engaged - While Margot naps, help with light household chores: putting away groceries, laundry, dishes, tidying up - 3–4 hours per session, 1–2 Sundays per month Pay: $30/hour Also: if our schedules align, we'd love to use you for occasional Saturday-night babysitting too! What we're looking for: - Warm, reliable, and experienced with infants or toddlers — comfortable caring for a 14-month-old solo - Happy to pitch in on light housework during naps - Up to date on COVID, flu, and TDAP vaccinations; recent negative TB test (or willing to get one) - Comfortable around a friendly medium-sized dog If this sounds like a fit, please reach out with a bit about yourself and your experience with little ones.
