Looking for a House Manager / Nanny for 3 Kids in Woodinville Our busy and energetic family in Woodinville is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive House Manager/Nanny to join us. We have three wonderful children; however, our eldest (age 10) is in school full-time and requires very little care, so your primary focus will be our two younger children, ages 4 and 2. This is a hybrid role that splits time between active childcare and helping our household run smoothly. We are looking for a true partner who can grow with our family. Compensation Hourly Rate: $38 – $40 per hour. Details: The starting rate is $38/hour. We are happy to adjust the rate to $40/hour based on strong performance, particularly with the household work. Schedule Options & Duration We ideally need extended evening coverage, but we completely understand these are long hours. If the extended shifts are a dealbreaker, we are perfectly happy to settle for a standard 10-hour schedule on those days. Option 1: Ideal Schedule (30 Hours Total) Tuesdays: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM (13.5 hours) Thursdays: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12.5 hours) Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hours) Option 2: Standard Schedule (24 Hours Total) Tuesdays: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10 hours) Thursdays: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10 hours) Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hours) Duration: 6 months to 1 year. We are highly flexible with the timeline and do not want the duration to discourage anyone from applying! Let's talk about what works for you. Start Date: As soon as November 1st Job Requirements & Responsibilities Childcare: Providing engaging, attentive care for our two younger children (ages 4 and 2), managing routines, and organizing fun, age-appropriate activities. Household Duties & Meal Prep: Our 4-year-old attends school for four hours during the day. During this time, you will be expected to complete the household duties and prepare/cook lunch for the children. Light housekeeping includes loading and unloading the dishwasher, doing the kids' laundry, cleaning up after the kids have finished their meals, and sorting toys.
