About this nanny job
My husband and I are expecting a boy in April 2027 and aim to start getting nanny support in October 2027 (or shortly before). Our goal is to work with a nanny instead of sending our son to daycare for the first years. Preferred qualifications: - hands-on experience with infants (our son should be about 6 months old when the nanny starts) - current infant CPR/first aid certification - knowledge of safe sleep practices - someone communicative, nurturing and calm. We're happy to discuss pay range. Aiming for $25-$35 (i. e., regional average), but can discuss higher rates for highly educated and experienced nannies. NOT required, but a huge plus: - potty training experience (thinking ahead here!) - French speaking (c'est ma langue maternelle :) - willingness to do light housekeeping/meal prep as needed.
