**Full-Time Nanny for Twin Boys (1) — Mission District, SF** We're looking for a warm, experienced full-time nanny for our twin boys, Jack and Michael, who just turned one. This is a long-term role starting November 1 (flexible up to November 16). Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30/8:00 AM start, 40 hours/week with guaranteed hours. Pay: $35–40/hr. **Must have: real experience caring for two babies at once** — twins preferred, and nanny-share experience (two families' babies together) counts too. Infant experience, CPR/first aid certified, and reliable for an early-morning start. This is a hands-on role: daily outings (we want the boys outside as much as possible!), bottle and baby-meal prep (precise formula measuring, self-feeding practice), and keeping the boys' world running — baby laundry, dishes and bottles, high chairs, stroller, toys, and restocking supplies. Light household help (laundry, dishes, tidying) is part of the job, not an afterthought. Spanish-speaking strongly preferred. Our house rules: no screens for the boys, no visitors while working, no posting the kids on social media.
