About this nanny job
My son is a 4-month-old baby who needs typical infant care, including feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing, and help with naps. He is breastfed and formula-fed, so he may need either a bottle of pumped breast milk or formula while I’m working. I would also appreciate help with age-appropriate tummy time, play, and keeping him engaged and comfortable throughout the day. I work from home, so I’ll be nearby if needed, but I’m looking for someone who can take the lead with his care while I’m working and in meetings. What does their ideal day look like? Ideally, his day would include feeding, naps, diaper changes, tummy time, playing, talking or singing to him, and plenty of interaction and attention. He is a happy and curious baby who enjoys being talked to, held, played with, and allowed to explore his surroundings. His schedule is still somewhat flexible at this age, so I’m looking for someone who can follow his cues rather than follow a strict schedule. What are their hobbies/interests? He loves being talked to and interacted with, looking around and exploring, doing tummy time, grabbing his toes, and playing with age-appropriate toys. He also enjoys music, being sung to, and watching what’s going on around him. He’s very curious and active for his age and enjoys having someone engage with him
